Associates

Carlos Acevedo Carlos Acevedo is devoted to having companies realize tangible results by intervening in where people stand and how work gets done. He has an engineering degree from MIT and has spent 16 years working within industry and ten as an organizational developer and breakthrough specialist. He offers the Cultural Breakthrough program, which begins with a radical shift in awareness and possibility within a company's macro-paradigm, then facilitates the redesign of the their internal human and technical processes to support continuous breakthrough and the achievement of unprecedented results. Carlos is on the Advisory Board of Edgewalkers.
Frank Basler Frank Basler helps organizations bring out the best in their people.  As a coach he helps managers ground their roles in a strong sense of purpose and gain increased skill and flexibility in their responses to difficult situations at work.  His consulting practice focuses on organization effectiveness, culture change and the development of managers, internal consultants, facilitators and their teams.  He helps his clients build on their strengths, drawing on his training in Appreciative Inquiry and as a therapist.
Lynn Brinkerhoff Lynn  Brinkerhoff has significant experience in designing and implementing personal and organizational effectiveness interventions. Her professional experiences range from revitalizing aging multinational organizations to structuring new small businesses.  Lynn received her Masters in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University's MSOD program and a B.A. in International Business from Simmons College.  
Deborah Cox Deborah Cox is President of IgniteSpirit, LLC, a training, consulting, and coaching firm. She helps individuals become more effective and obtain desired results by improving their leadership, management, and interpersonal skills. Deborah has particular expertise in the fields of  leadership development, team intervention, diversity, interpersonal communication skills, change management, organizational management, and personal development and change.
Dale Finn Dale Finn is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of New Haven.  She has specialized skills in outdoor adventure training, high and low ropes courses, leadership development, team building, and diversity.  Her background in theater, outdoor training, and leadership make her an engaging and creative trainer and facilitator.
Thad Henry Thad Henry,  has served as Vice President University Advancement, University of New Haven, Executive MBA Leadership faculty and Adjunct Faculty at Columbia University.  He is the Founder of the Followership Center and is passionate about helping people and organizations break out of victim consciousness and to be fully empowered to use their gifts, talents, and strengths.
Paul Kwiecinski Paul Kwiecinski is an executive coach and organizational consultant, and founder of a unique consulting approach called Face The Music that uses a highly interactive blues program to help people identify issues and improve their results by writing and performing the “Corporate Blues.”  Paul has experience in post-merger integration, process and structure improvement, team development and coaching, and strategic planning.  He has developed many creative tools for helping clients to perform at their highest levels.
Anne Nygaard
Anne Nygaard is a meditation teacher and trainer in authentic leadership and business meditation and meditative collective consciousness for groups and organizational development. Anne is founder of the company BMI Business Meditation Institute in Denmark. Since 1986 she has been working with meditation and collective consciousness. She works internationally in Europe and USA on consulting projects in operation with international researchers, professors and top executives. 
Tim Shea Tim Shea is a facilitator/trainer using strength-base approaches and positive psychology assisting organizations in identifying options that nourish business viability, human well-being and environmental sustainability.  He has expertise in Appreciative Inquiry, career development, coaching, sales training, and many other areas.
Brian Walker Brian Walker is the former CEO of Dale Carnegie & Associates in Connecticut, USA. He is now President of Walker & Associates. Brian has significant expertise in creating Business Advisory Councils for CEOs, and is a highly effective business coach. He is on the Advisory Board for Edgewalkers.
